When you’re one of the best credit unions in Greater Cincinnati but your online banking experience is one of the worst, it’s time for a change. That’s when Cinfed called us for help. Not only was their website out-of-date, but the number of web pages had expanded to over 375 pages which made it extremely challenging for customers to navigate their site. After an extensive audit, we quickly identified pages that were no longer of value, reorganized the navigation menu, and now continue to optimize the remaining 87 pages of content. Customers are loving the new user experience and website traffic is increasing by the day.
