For decades, COPFCU was known as the credit union for the police. Over the years, they expanded to include fireman, teachers and public servants. The only issue was that they did little to inform the public. And their outdated website had grown so large that their customer would get lost in the convoluted navigation. After a complete site audit, we were able to reorganize, streamline and optimize content that made navigation a breeze. Their new logo identity helped to contemporize their brand, along with messaging that spoke to their entire target audience and not just the police. Early results and customer feedback after launch have been incredibly positive.
