For years, Domino’s locations offered only delivery and carryout; yet as demand for fast casual dining grew, it was clear a new marketing strategy would be in order. After consumer research revealed three “zones of opportunity”, our team created a series of strategic in-store promotions as well as out-of-home tactics that immediately increased customer count, transaction size, and frequency of store visits. Shortly after the successful launch of our 20-store test market in Windsor, Canada, our new campaign spread to over 300 stores across Canada and then an additional 1,200 stores across northern U.S. and abroad.
